Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

This service ("the Service") is provided as a free, open-source tool for selected users. By using the Service, you agree to the following terms.

No Warranty or Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE ADMINISTRATOR OR PROVIDERS OF THE SERVICE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SERVICE. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, service unavailability, or incorrect information provided by the AI assistant.

Privacy and Data Security

The administrator has taken significant technical precautions to ensure the privacy of your data.

1. End-to-End Encryption: Your sensitive data, including API keys, email content, chat history, and addon credentials, is encrypted in the database.
2. Encryption Method: This encryption uses a key that is derived directly from your password when you log in. This key is stored only in your browser session and is never sent to the server or stored permanently anywhere.
3. Administrator Access: Because the encryption key is tied to your password and session, the server administrator cannot decrypt or view the content of your sensitive data stored in the database. The administrator can only see encrypted, unreadable text.

Note: To ensure your data is encrypted, you must log in with your password. Using "Remember Me" functionality across server restarts may not provide the necessary key for encryption/decryption. You can verify and complete the encryption of your data in the General Settings page.

Data Usage

The Service may connect to third-party APIs (e.g., Google, OpenAI) using the credentials you provide. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service.
